Dianne Feria , LPCS

Dianne Feria is an experienced psychotherapist licensed in Texas, with a deep commitment to helping individuals heal and thrive. While she has extensive experience in treating depression, anxiety, panic attacks, somatic issues, relationship challenges, and parenting struggles, her true specialty lies in trauma work. Dianne has worked with clients experiencing trauma from domestic abuse, sexual violence, incest, PTSD, and complex trauma, offering both practical tools for immediate relief and long-term healing strategies.

She firmly believes in the transformative power of catharsis and addressing cognitive distortions, as these are key to helping individuals move past the barriers that prevent them from achieving peace, happiness, and their full potential. Dianne’s professional background includes work in crisis centers, domestic violence shelters, emergent care settings, detention centers, and managed care, alongside her long-standing private practice.

Dianne is deeply passionate about therapeutic techniques and helping her clients heal, believing that everyone deserves a tranquil mind and a happy heart. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ashford University and a Master’s in Community Counseling from Argosy University in Dallas, Texas. Her certifications include Trauma Treatment using EMDR, CBT, and Somatic-Based Interventions, Compassion Fatigue for Professionals, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Additionally, she has training in psychodynamic techniques, Adlerian techniques, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

Above all, Dianne believes that therapy is about making clients feel significant, heard, valued, and encouraged. She creates an emotionally safe environment where clients can work through their struggles and make positive changes that lead to success and happiness.
